400 Blows and Portion Control both release singles on Illuminated's Discordia Dancefloor label to show that the city beat 'doesn't start and finish in the Big Apple'. 400 Blows single is 'Return Of The Dog' while Portion Control follow their 'Hit The Pulse' minialbum with a single called 'Raise The Pulse'.
